Description
"Definitions for context-sensitive selection priority modifiers. These modifiers are multiplied by the selection priorities defined in ShipTuning and other tuning spreadsheets. Modifiers can be applied based on sobtype, "owner" (friendly, allied, enemy) (ships only) or by ability (ships only).
