- Automation Automation for big file compression - Veltro
- Balcora Gate by Thought. Automatic translation of scripts. [Deprecated. Use CFLuaDC instead. -Mikail]
- LuaC4 Used to compile Lua scripts. It's part of the Lua 4.0.1 Win32 binary.
- Modified LuaC by Thought. Used to compile (or decompile?) scripts.

- .Arciv Compiler by Mikail. Reads .arciv files generated by ModPackager and compiles the listed files using LuaC.

- SciTE A text editor with support for Lua syntax highlighting, as well as running scripts via a console.
- Vm Merge A very helpful utility!
- thoughtdump.lua by Thought. A gametype for creating script dumps.
- ThoughtDump 1.x by Mikail. An updated version of Thought's script.
- PrintNamespaces by Mikail. Checks for known namespaces. To be used in case "ThoughtDump.lua" doesn't work. [Not really that useful. -Mikail]

- HW2 Weapon-Script Editor by ZaTcH. Allows easy editing of the *.wepn files to modify weapon damage, accuracy, etc.
- HW2 Ship-Script Editor A *.ship file creation utility by ZaTcH.
- Updated RDN Tuning Spreadsheets by Mikail. Cleaned up versions of the spreadsheets included with the RDN toolkit.
- New ship importing/exporting spreadsheet by evillejedi.
