Camera_SetLetterboxStateNoUI(<bState>, <fNumSeconds>)
Description
Sets the letter box state and disables the UI.
Example
Camera_SetLetterboxStateNoUI( 1, 3 )
Arguments
<bState>: 0 = no letterbox; 1 = letterbox
<fNumSeconds>: number of seconds for the letterbox to appear/disappear
