Additions:
Enables/disables the AI for a CPU player.
Disabling the AI makes it possible to issue scripted orders to the CPU player without the AI overriding them.
Note: the CPU squadrons' behavior in combat is unaffected by this setting.
<iPlayerIndex>: the index number of the CPU player.
